THE DZ FACTORY is structured around a strategy focused on developing the careers of emerging artists and building a catalog within an independent structure that covers the entire value chain of the music industry—from creation to distribution, including record production and music publishing.

Structured as an active holding company, THE DZ FACTORY is fully dedicated to developing alternative and independent rock artists.

It brings together two specialized entities covering complementary functions within the new independent music ecosystem: on one hand, the production and online distribution of digital formats; on the other, the enhancement of high value-added physical and digital formats focusing on super fans engagement.

THE DZ FACTORY thus positions itself across all components of the value chain in the new independent music ecosystem, from artist development to distribution and direct engagement with music fans and super-fans.

The Noise Shack

A rock label focused on a 360° development strategy for emerging artists and labels sharing the same aesthetic, providing marketing, promotion, and digital distribution of its releases across streaming platforms, social media, and traditional media in order to reach the widest possible audience.

Muzeetribe

A true “hub” combining a Web 3.0-centred distribution structure made up of two marketplaces (primary and secondary), a discussion forum, and an music magazine. Its ambition is to explore innovative new relationships with independent stakeholders in the evolving music industry ecosystem and with super fans, through the enhancement and distribution of premium products by offering limited, numbered, and signed editions (vinyl records, CDs, merchandising), enriched with exclusive content not available in digital format.
