THE DZ FACTORY is an active holding company dedicated to the strategic development, production, and enhancement of alternative and independent rock music projects.

It operates through two subsidiaries: “The Noise Shack,” which handles music production and its distribution on streaming platforms for the widest possible audience, music publishing, rights management, and live performance; and a Web 3.0-focused hub, “Muzeetribe,” combining a music magazine, a forum, and two marketplaces (primary and secondary) dedicated to the sale of high-value products aimed at super fans.

It brings together artist development, music production, marketing, and the management of master & performance rights, publishing, and synchronization rights, with the aim of building an original ralternative and independent rock catalog.

The Noise Shack handles sales and digital distribution of the catalog’s music releases across mainstream streaming platforms, in order to reach the widest possible audience.

Muzeetribe

Muzeetribe is THE DZ FACTORY’s Web 3.0-centered structure for the creation, production, and distribution of its catalog, dedicated to engaged audiences and super fans.

It releases exclusive editions of the catalog’s products—vinyl records, CDs, physical objects, merchandise, and photographs—in limited, numbered, and signed editions, incorporating exclusive content (bonus tracks, unreleased songs) not available in digital versions.

This positioning defines rarity as a central value-creation driver, generating differentiated added value through a collection of exclusive products accompanied by certificates of authenticity, serving as levers for value creation and direct engagement between artists and super fans.

The digital versions of the works remain distributed by The Noise Shack on streaming platforms in order to ensure accessibility and broad dissemination of the repertoire.
