Didier Zerath is an experienced senior music industry executive with significant experience at operating and corporate level in independent and major record companies.

Before creating The DZ Factory, he held the following positions:

Marketing Director Europe Capitol Records / EMI Music Continental Europe in London
Marketing Director Warner Music France
Marketing Manager EMI France
Product manager BMG France

In such capacities he initiated and implemented French or Pan European marketing campaigns for artists such as:

Whitney Houston, Joe Cocker, Tina Turner, Crowded House, Megadeth, Richard Thompson, Madonna, Prince, REM, Eric Clapton, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Phil Collins, Bonnie Raitt, Neil Young, Morcheeba, Alanis Morissette to name but a few.

2020: Creation of a working group addressing music industry and sustainable development issues and challenges

2021: Creation of “The Noise Shack” label distributed by Ingrooves/Virgin Music Group and “The DZ Factory” publishing


Didier Zerath holds an Executive MBA from HEC and a Master’s degree in Marketing
